9am to 11am: Golf Clinic
11am to 1pm: Swim, Fun & Lunch
1pm to 3pm: Tennis Clinic

cost

Member: $422 if pre-pay for entire week or 120.00 per day.
Non-Member: $528 if pre-pay for entire week or 150.00 per day.

*$10 lunch will be available daily (pre-pay below), otherwise bring a sack lunch.

MEDICAL RELEASE: I hereby consent to emergency medical or hospital service that may be rendered by or at accredited hospitals, by appointed physicians in the event such need arises in the opinion of a duly licensed physician for above child(ren) during Lakecliff Tennis/Golf Clinics, June 6th through August 4th. WAIVER AND INDEMNITY

AGREEMENT: During Lakecliff Tennis/Golf Clinics, June 6th through August 4th, 2023. I do hereby for and on behalf of myself and my heirs and legal representatives release and forever discharge Lakecliff Racquet Club and/or Lakecliff Dream, LLC dba: Lakecliff Golf Club and their employees from any and all liability over andabove any liability insurance coverage being carried by Lakecliff Racquet Club and/or Lakecliff Dream, LLC dba: Lakecliff Golf Club.
