9am to 11am: Tennis Clinic
11am to 1pm: Swim, Fun & Lunch
1pm to 3pm: Golf Clinic

cost

Member: $384 if pre pay for entire week or 120.00 per day.
Non-Member: $480 if pre pay for entire week or 150.00 per day.

*$6 lunch will be available daily (pre-pay below), otherwise bring a sack lunch.

MEDICAL RELEASE: I hereby consent to emergency medical or hospital service that may be rendered by or at accredited hospitals, by appointed physicians in the event such need arises in the opinion of a duly licensed physician for above child(ren) during Lakecliff Tennis/Golf Clinics, June 7ththrough July 29th.WAIVER AND INDEMNITY

AGREEMENT: During Lakecliff Tennis/Golf Clinics, June 7th through July 29th, 2021. I do hereby for and onbehalf of myself and my heirs and legal representatives release and forever discharge Lakecliff Racquet Club and/or Lakecliff Dream, LLC dba: Lakecliff Golf Club and their employees from any and all liability over andabove any liability insurance coverage being carried by Lakecliff Racquet Club and/or Lakecliff Dream, LLC dba: Lakecliff Golf Club.
